Practical support, built around the need
Use one option by itself or combine them around the needs of the business.
Choose your path
Five ways to work with CIBS, plus an easy place to start if you are not sure. Select a row for details. Use one option, or combine them as your business changes.
An experienced second look at how the business operates, with practical recommendations and a prioritized Action Plan. It comes as a Focused, Standard, or Complex review, depending on the size and complexity of the business.
Fits: Owners who want an outside view of what is working and what to fix first, including as a first step before deciding anything else.
Good to know: Standalone and strongly recommended, but never required. You can use the findings without buying any other CIBS service.
Ongoing guidance, accountability, and proactive involvement from an outside business partner, at the level of involvement that fits. There are four tiers: Foundation, Growth, Operations, and Executive.
Fits: Owners who want continuity and someone who understands the business and helps keep priorities moving.
Good to know: A Partnership is advisory. It is not a bucket of hours, and recurring execution and projects are selected separately.
Recurring execution of selected functions, such as bookkeeping, HR administration, office administration, compliance, fleet, and inventory, so the work gets done consistently.
Fits: Businesses that need specific recurring work handled dependably without adding a full internal role.
Good to know: It can stand alone or be combined with a Partnership. A Partnership is not required.
Defined cleanup, improvement, implementation, or special-purpose work with a clear outcome, such as redesigning a workflow, setting up a system, or organizing records.
Fits: Businesses with a specific outcome in mind that is larger than an occasional request.
Good to know: Scope and fee are set for each project. Discovery may come first, and the project is documented in writing before work starts.
Prepaid support for smaller, as-needed tasks that CIBS reviews and accepts. Blocks are available in 5-hour, 10-hour, and 20-hour sizes.
Fits: Smaller needs that do not justify a monthly service or a project.
Good to know: Support Blocks are for occasional needs, not a substitute for recurring service.
You do not need to choose a service to get in touch. Describe what is going on in the business, and we will talk through where things are now and which path, if any, fits.
Fits: Anyone who is unsure where to start, or whose need does not match a listed service.
Good to know: No commitment is needed to ask. The guided Support Plan form lets you explore options and send your selections, or you can contact us directly.

An experienced second look at the business, with practical recommendations and prioritized next steps.

Each tier includes the one before it and adds more involvement. Recurring execution and projects are selected separately, and no ownership or equity is implied. A client may purchase a Partnership, Operational Support, or both. Response targets are goals during normal business operations, not guarantees, and mean an acknowledgment or initial response rather than completion. Onsite sessions are scheduled as described in your engagement paperwork. CIBS works remotely whenever practical, and onsite time and travel may be included, limited, or billed separately as agreed in writing.
Operational Support
Recurring execution of selected functions, so the work gets done consistently. Operational Support may stand alone or complement a Partnership. Most services come in Basic, Standard, and Advanced tiers, and tier placement depends on volume and complexity.

Administrative and coordination work. Operational Support covers recurring execution of defined work.

Professional advice. Legal, tax, engineering, insurance, underwriting, claims, and regulatory advice are not included.

Support Blocks
Support Blocks are prepaid support for smaller, occasional needs that do not justify a monthly service or a project. They are not a substitute for recurring service. Blocks come in 5-hour, 10-hour, and 20-hour sizes.
- Select a block. Determine the amount of as-needed support.
- Describe the task. Tell CIBS what you need help with.
- CIBS reviews and accepts the task. CIBS accepts a task only when it fits Support Block work, so you know before work starts.
- Schedule approved work. CIBS schedules accepted tasks based on agreed scope and availability.
- Use your support. CIBS records approved work in 15-minute increments. You do not need to maintain a timesheet.
- Agree before going over. Additional support or a revised scope is agreed with you before the available amount is exceeded.
Five prepaid hours.
Ten prepaid hours.
Twenty prepaid hours.
Block terms. Blocks are prepaid and due in advance. They are nontransferable and expire 120 days after purchase, and unused time is forfeited at expiration. A block does not guarantee continuous coverage, reserved capacity, or a response time.
Refunds. Blocks are generally nonrefundable. The exception: CIBS refunds the unused balance of an unexpired block if CIBS ends the engagement without cause, or if you end it because CIBS materially breaches the agreement and does not correct it in time.
Senior or specialized work. This work may be counted at a different rate or priced separately. CIBS discloses that treatment, and you approve it, before the work begins.
Build Your Support Plan
Tell us what you need, explore support options, and send your selections to CIBS. We will contact you to clarify priorities and discuss the right scope.
This is an inquiry, not a purchase. Nothing here creates a contract, a booking, or a final recommendation, and no payment or account is needed.
What is needed to send. Your name, email and consent (Step 5), plus one of these: a short description of your needs (Step 1), the “I’m not sure” option (Step 1), or at least one support area (Step 3). Everything else is optional, including a Business Partnership and Support Blocks. Selecting an option is not a purchase or a commitment.
Step 1 of 5: Tell Us What You Need
Step 1: Tell Us What You Need
You do not need to know the solution or match your problem to a listed service. Describe it in your own words. CIBS reviews every inquiry and will tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
Step 2: Choose a Business Partnership
A Business Partnership is an ongoing advisory relationship. It is optional, and you can add recurring support or projects separately. Select one, or tell us you are unsure.
Step 3: Add Support Areas
Select any areas you would like to explore. You can choose several, or none if you are unsure. Selecting an area does not commit you to anything.
Step 4: Consider Support Blocks
Support Blocks are prepaid support for smaller, occasional needs. After CIBS reviews and accepts a task, the work is scheduled and CIBS records time in 15-minute increments. Blocks are not a substitute for recurring service.
Choosing an option here is not a purchase. A block is arranged separately in writing, is prepaid and nontransferable, and expires 120 days after purchase.
Step 5: Review & Send to CIBS
Review your answers. Select Edit to change any of them, then add your contact details and send.
Your contact details
Fields marked required are needed so CIBS can respond. Phone is optional.
CIBS will follow up to clarify your needs and discuss scope. Sending this form does not create a contract, a purchase, or a guaranteed booking.
Ready to talk through the options?
Start with a brief, practical conversation about where things are now and what you want to improve. We will help you figure out which path, if any, fits. Ask us about fees as part of that conversation.
